Please note that Gas Barbecues can be made available (on request) in any apartment where it will not upset neighbours; Children and small, friendly pets are welcome and in Ground Floor Apartments with Steps to the Garden and Pool area, we can also provide a stair guard to the steps in case you have ambitious toddlers. Or pets! We can provide a Z-Bed or Cot (and High Chairs), strollers … all sorts of things…. Just ask. As well as in the Lounge, there are TVs and Alexas in EVERY Bedrooms with incredible TV and Media Options and full and free access to Amazon Music everywhere. All of the 3 and 4-bedroom apartments have Terrace Hot Tubs. All Apartments have Jacuzzi Baths.

2-bedroom Apartments

Apartment 212 is a 2-bedroom ground floor, West facing Apartment. It has views of the sea beyond the pool and gardens with steps from the Terrace down to the Pool and Gardens area. It also has views of the Mountains to the North. Both the Reception rooms and the Master Bedroom have patio doors that open on to the Terrace.

Apartment 214 is a first floor 2-bedroom West facing Apartment, directly above 212. It has elevated views of the sea beyond the pool and gardens. It also has views of the Mountains to the North. Both the Reception rooms and the Master Bedroom have patio doors that open on to the Terrace.

Apartment 311 is a fabulous, ground floor, 2-bedroom, South Facing apartment with direct views of the sea and beach past the swimming pool. It is a corner apartment and therefore has a larger terrace and a very bright aspect with double the amount of windows in the Reception rooms. Both the Reception rooms and the Master Bedroom have patio doors that open on to the Terrace which has steps down to the Pool and Gardens area. A Gas BBQ can be provided on request in this apartment.

Apartment 322 is also a lovely corner, 2-bedroom, South Facing Ground Floor apartment and therefore has a larger terrace and a very bright aspect with double the amount of windows in the Reception rooms. It also has views of the sea beyond the pool and gardens. It also has views of the Mountains to the North. Both the Reception rooms and the Master Bedroom have patio doors that open on to the Terrace which has steps down to the Pool and Gardens area. Apartment 213 is a very popular First Floor South and West facing 2-bedroom apartment with direct views of the sea and beach past the swimming pool, as well as the Mountains to the north. It is a corner apartment and therefore has a larger terrace and a very bright aspect with double the amount of windows in the Reception rooms. Both the Reception rooms and the Master Bedroom have patio doors that open on to the Terrace. A Gas BBQ can be provided on request in this apartment. Apartment 321 is a 2-bedroom raised ground floor South facing apartment. It has views of the sea beyond the pool and gardens with steps from the terrace down to the poolside and gardens area. From early to late afternoon, the terrace is quite a sun trap. Both the reception rooms and the master bedroom have patio doors that open on to the terrace. The steps can be secured by a terrace stair gate if you are concerned about over ambitious toddlers or pets.

3-bedroom Apartments

Apartment 102 is a beautiful Ground Floor, South facing 3-bedroom apartment with absolute front line sea views on the Eastern Side of the Complex. It has the added attraction of a Hot Tub on the terrace and steps to the gardens and pool area. Although some Guests find it too to sit in the Jacuzzi during Summer, at other times of the year it can be very nice relaxing in the Jacuzzi, possibly with a glass of wine (don’t tell the manufacturers I said that was ok!) enjoying the sound and sights of the sea, the views over to Africa and Gibraltar (on a clear day) and the spectacular sunsets. A Gas BBQ is provided in this apartment.

There is a 55” Smart TV in the Lounge with access to a vast range of International TV channels (including all UK), Netflix (allowing you to log on to your account), All4, ITV, BBC iPlayer and over 4,000 Movies, TV Series and Box Sets. In addition, in the Lounge, there is a PS4. The Master Bedroom has access to the same TV Options as the Lounge, and both of the other Bedrooms have Televisions, each with access to Terrestrial Channels, and Netflix, Amazon Prime, All4, ITV, BBC etc…. Often, an invaluable feature to encourage early rising children to let mummy and daddy sleep later!

Apartment 402 is a beautiful Ground Floor, South facing 3-bedroom apartment on the Western Side of the complex with absolute front line sea views. As well as all the standard features that we provide in all of our VIP Care Apartments, this apartment also has a Hot Tub on the terrace (which took two cranes to install!) and steps to the gardens and pool area. Have a swim and then relax in the Hot Tub – a great way to warm up after getting out of the warm pool into what can often be cooler evening air in the off season. Obviously, WE would never have a glass of Sangria in the Hot Tub – but I suppose some people do! The direct sea views and views of Africa and Gibraltar never cease to mesmerise. There is a Gas BBQ in this apartment.

Apartment 401 is a beautiful Ground Floor, South Facing 3-bedroom apartment with absolute front line sea views as well as views over the pool. It is the apartment that we always choose to stay in when we go, if it is available. Apartment 401 also has views of the Pool as well as the sea, so it is perfect if you want to keep an eye on the kids in the pool. It also benefits from a 4 or 5 seat Terrace Hot Tub and steps to the gardens and pool area. Have a swim and then relax in the Hot Tub – a great way to warm up after getting out of the warm pool into what can often be cooler evening air in the off season. You could even sit in the Hot Tub WHILST watching the kids in the pool although, from our experience, it may not be long before the kids join you! The direct sea views and views of Africa and Gibraltar will serve to distract you whist watching the children in the pool!

4-bedroom Apartments

Apartment 405 is a beautiful 4-bedroom, South Facing Penthouse apartment with one of the best views on the Coast. Close to the sea, with nothing obscuring the direct view, when you stand on the massive terrace that stretches across the whole width of the Apartment, it really feels as though you are on a boat…without being on a boat! The original railing has even been removed and replaced with glass so that nothing obscures the view. On most days, you can see both Gibraltar and Africa to the South.

From the Eastern side of the Terrace, you can also look out over the Pool and Gardens below, and the mountains in the distance. The Terrace has outside Kettel Seating, automatically retracting awnings, a Terrace Hot Tub and an outdoor shower.

There is a purpose-built BBQ area in the Terrace just outside the Kitchen with a large Gas BBQ.

Inside the apartment, the master bedroom, the kitchen and the very large Reception room all open on to the Terrace. All the bedrooms and living rooms are luxuriously appointed. There are 4 lovely bedrooms, one of which is on the top floor. The Lounge has a 65” TV with Sound Bar and the Master Bedroom has a 50” TV. Each of these have access to the vast range of channels, movies and box sets on the iPTV system. The other three bedrooms also have their own TV as well as in the Kitchen, where we have a 55” TV. All TVs have access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, ITV, All4, BBC iPlayer etc… Sound is provided through Alexa devices..
