If and when you are ready to confirm, we will process the booking confirmation and send an invoice. We can be flexible on this and we now offer a variety of payment methods including payment by Bank Transfers, Visa, Mastercard and Amex. We also now use Revolut and can also accept payment in GBP, CAD, USD, NOK, SEK or DKK. We will offer you a rate each time a stage payment is due – because of the current Exchange Rate can be volatile. Please note that although we will always try and be as flexible as possible regarding Cancellation dates and moving bookings, realistically, we DO recommend that at these times, all Guests should ensure that they do have a decent Travel Insurance Policy in place at the time of booking to cover any enforced Cancellation or changing of Travel Plans as well as of course, Medical Insurance Cover whilst travelling.
