We do not have specific arrival and departure dates but in order to maximise our Occupancy, we do need to ensure that bookings fit together to minimise any empty space. I will always try and find something as close to your requirements as possible. You are welcome to move between apartments during your stay, which is something that many Guests actually enjoy, to enable them to experience different apartments and sometimes because there can be different people joining and leaving during the period. Some of our Guests can make some dates work by staying close to the Airport in Malaga or Gibraltar on the First or Last day which can often provide a sightseeing opportunity and avoid an early or late start or end. We are very happy to help with any such arrangements. Even for us, we had to stay in a hotel for one night, as even we could not exactly match our dates – and I control the Schedule! If you are moving between apartments during your stay, we only charge you half of the Exit fee for your in-stay move.

We do not accept Stag Nights or Hen nights or large Golf trips. We do not offer “last minute deals” or negotiate cut price rates to fill apartments because we believe that a vital ingredient to a successful holiday is not just the space you share, but the people that you share it with. This is especially true at “family times”. We can offer “Extended Stay Discounts” for Off-Season Bookings when Guests want to spend several weeks at Heaven and we can sometimes offer “Fill my Gaps” discounts – so if we have an awkward gap (I do not always make the jigsaw work perfectly!) we can incentivise Guests with date flexibility to fill them!

With the growing number of on-line bookings it does mean that sometimes we receive a booking that we were not expecting. Our rankings on the Rentals Platforms is adversely affected if we decline bookings, so we are often under pressure to accept bookings within a matter of hours. So, we cannot reserve apartments until you have confirmed – at least by phone or e-mail. We have to work strictly on a First Come First Served basis so to ensure that you obtain the apartments that you want, please do come back to us as soon as possible. By the way, the price is exactly the same whether you book on line or work directly with me and get my personal service – which I MUCH prefer! Actually, as some Websites now charge ADDITIONAL fees on top of our rental rates, it can often be cheaper booking directly with us.

If you are interested, to allow you time to consider our offer, or to find flight options, especially as I know I have given you a lot to read (!), I can block your dates for 24 hours and would ask that you contact me as soon as possible if you wish me to do so. It is most embarrassing when we receive a booking shortly after we have given a quotation, so that when the Guest comes back to us it is no longer available, but, as you can imagine, if we do not hear back, we cannot know.
