All Apartments have a washing machine and a dryer. We also provide a hoover and full cleaning materials so that you can easily maintain your apartment should you wish. OR…. You can RELAX! We can now offer you, as part of the Apartment rental, a Regular 2-hour RELAX Clean which will take place every 4th or 5th day (with flexibility to allow for scheduling – see Footnote 1). During this time, the Housekeeper will typically clean Floors, terraces, bathrooms, lounge, kitchen and bedrooms. In addition, at very reasonable rates, you are welcome to extend the number of hours in the Clean if you would like more done and you are welcome to choose your own service in addition, including additional hours, even daily if you want… washing, ironing, daily bed making … . Additional Housekeeping Services are available at 15 Euros per hour, including materials. We will invoice you separately for any of these Cleaning or Linen extras and you can either pay in cash or by Credit/Debit Card.

At every second RELAX clean, we will change the sheets in the occupied beds. We do not automatically replace Towels within this service, as most Guests are comfortable washing towels in the Washing Machines provided, but if you would like this service or if you would like the linen changed more often, we are very happy to do so. Please note that in these very new and different times, all of our Cleaners are instructed to wear PPE in the form of overalls gloves and masks.

As you can imagine, we operate a small team and so, we encourage you to let us know ideally in advance of your arrival or shortly after, what Cleaning and Linen Service you require so that we can accommodate your request within our Cleaning Schedule, or, on arrival – although, this might mean that we cannot always conform to your exact timing requests. We can also often offer very reliable Baby-sitting services.

Your Exit Clean is part of the quoted price, but we do reserve the right to charge additional costs if any rubbish is left in the apartment (there is a large bin in the Garage below and only a lift ride away!); we ask that baths and sinks are emptied; that used towels are left in the bath and that any dirty dishes or saucepans etc are left in the Dishwasher. We also ask that if ANY furniture has been moved around the apartment it is restored to their original positions. In apartments where there is a BBQ, we do ask that the BBQ (and of course the oven) is returned to us clean as they can take a lot of cleaning. As you can imagine, we often do not have a large window between one Guest arriving and another departing.
