We offer a range of Concierge-type services, including suggestions for “things to do” (although, the pool and the setting itself are hard to tear yourself away from!), golf bookings, buggy rides, Segway tours, bike hire, personal trainer or swimming coaching, transport assistance, restaurant reservations and assistance with organising, for example, a bespoke Celebration meal on the Beach or on your terrace if your visit coincides with a special occasion, if you even need a special occasion to celebrate.
We are always very happy to recommend Guests to local facilities or suppliers and never take any commissions or introductory fees for doing so, preferring the Guest to receive the best possible service, or, if available preferential rates instead. This has other benefits too. For example, Airport Transfers and Car Hire services can be a minefield where we hear all sorts of stories about people have been caught by surprise by additional charges. We work with 3 or 4 suppliers in each of these fields and of course if our Guests were unhappy in any way with these suppliers we would STOP recommending them and they would lose out considerably. Before you finalise such arrangements, whether from Malaga or Gibraltar or elsewhere, please do wait for our Pre-Arrival information which we issue when the booking is confirmed.
