For off-season bookings the Weather Guarantee could be something that strikes a chord with you! The Costa Del Sol is said to have 300 days of Sunshine a year, so the weather is usually very good. But at some times of the year, it can rain (it is usually still at least warm when it does!) but it is of course very upsetting if you are there on one (or more!) of the 60 rain days! You know it is costing you money and valuable holiday time. Actually, if it does rain, then that is when we really come in to our own! As the apartments are very luxurious and the complex very tranquil and with very good energy, it is still a wonderful place to be. However, because we know how precious holidays are, we have developed a “Weather Guarantee”. Not REALLY a “Guarantee” as we cannot of course guarantee the weather, BUT, we will credit you 50% of any days or half days that you experience rain so that you can use the Credit Money (together with VIP Credits that you will earn from your stay) for a future visit. As we are not (sadly) always in Spain, we do need Guests to let us know by Text, WhatsApp or Email, directly to me, Maya, to claim VIP Credits on the day or half day that it is raining. We take the view that you will get at least 50% of the value of the day even WITH rain – especially with our all year-round heated pool – so you should still be happier! You can spend days in Marbella – raining or not – Orange Square, the Port, the Dali Statues are all fab, but there is also of course Estepona and San Pedro which are both charming and even our local village Cancelada – we are ideally situated within 10 minutes of all of these places and several more besides. If you play golf, you probably won’t even notice the rain! There are loads of incredible eateries too – at great value. We do not offer a Weather Guarantee with an Extended Stay Discount.
