To make life easier for our guests we can stock up with whatever provisions you might need for your stay at supermarket prices in advance of your arrival. This is especially good for Guests coming for short stays or arriving late although there are several branches of Super Cor – open till 1am EVERY DAY on the way from the Airport and also nearby. We can also arrange for delivery of an Indian Take Away up to Midnight for late, hungry arrivals!
You can also store any of your belongings free of charge in between stays in our storage facilities, as many people like to use the apartments as a “home from home”.
If there are any other facilities or services that you are particularly interested in, please let us know; we are always happy to go the extra mile to ensure our Guests have the best possible time. In order to ensure that we prepare apartments perfectly for Guests, our Check In Time is usually 3pm and our Check Out Time is normally 10am, but if we do not have another Guest in your apartment on your arrival or departure date, we are very flexible with both arrival and departure times at no extra charge; we will always do our best to find you another apartment till you depart and you can use the facilities (and the Gym, showers and changing room) until your arrival and departure time. Please note that especially now as we have additional cleaning protocols to follow, we may end up taking a little longer to prepare the apartment and if that is the case, we will give you as much warning as possible. Please note that whilst in normal times we would be happy for you to leave your suitcases in the Apartment whilst perhaps you pop for a swim, if you arrive earlier, at the current time, no-one is allowed in to the apartment between the departure of the previous Guests and the hand over to the new Guests, without full PPE equipment.
